Services

CityFrame operates a digital outdoor advertising network. We provide advertising placement on digital screens located in residential buildings, retail stores, and other public spaces across Bishkek. The scope, pricing, and duration of each advertising campaign are defined in a separate service agreement.

Ad Content

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring all submitted content complies with applicable laws and regulations. CityFrame reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates our content guidelines, including but not limited to misleading, offensive, or prohibited content.

Payment Terms

Advertising fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of campaign delivery until full payment is received.

Intellectual Property

Advertisers retain all rights to their submitted creative materials. CityFrame retains all rights to its network infrastructure, platform, and branded materials.

Limitation of Liability

CityFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advertising services or website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific advertising campaign giving rise to the claim.
